This Week's Recipe - YUM!

Ooey Gooey Pizza Dip - Makes 10 servings

Ingredients:
1/2 cup light cream cheese
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1. Preheat oven to 350F. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and oregano. Stir until smooth.
2. Spread evenly into a 9-inch pie pan. Top with pizza sauce and then mozzarella cheese.
3. Sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Tips: Add sauteed mushrooms or diced green peppers between the sauce and cheese for an extra boost of fiber and vitamins, or serve it with thick cuts of zucchini and sweet bell pepper in addition to the usual bread or pita chips, for extra healthy dipping.
